To all our members, guests and visitors,
Season’s Greetings
from all at Pens Around The World.
Here’s hoping for a happier 2024.

Look for more posts from us later in January 2024.

The illustration is based on a drawing by Jenny Jones of her granddaughter Carina with one of Gill’s Anglo-Nubian goat kids. Shared with us by Gill Tennant and messed about in Photoshop by John Nixon.

John Dudley Nixon

John Dudley Nixon was born and brought up in England, but has lived more than half his life elsewhere in various places, but mostly in Sweden. He calls Göteborg on the Swedish west coast his adopted home town. He used to teach English and history to high school students and various sorts of English for specific purposes to adult students. Then he wrote educational material and translated technical and educational texts and websites for about 10 years. Nowadays he blogs at TheSupercargo, and writes (as John Dudley) poetry, flash fiction, longer stories, pieces of novels and video scripts for his YouTube channel. YouTube: @JohnDudleyAuthor
